British Red Cross’ campaign for parents features rapping babies and children to raise awareness of how important it is for mums and dads, nans and grans, aunts and uncles – you get the picture - to learn first aid skills for babies and children. Their music videos promote ‘must-know’ first aid advice on three first aid topics – poisoning, febrile seizure and burns - to make sure parents and parents-to-be have the confidence and skills to act in an emergency situation.
British Red Cross will be running free 30 minute baby first aid taster sessions on all three days. They’ll be sharing key first aid skills such as how to deal with temperatures, febrile seizures, burns and choking.
