1. This code can only be redeemed towards a Tommee Tippee Ticket Package to The Baby Show Excel London, 7-9th March 2025.
2. One ticket package is valid for two standard adult entries for any one day from Friday 7th March to Sunday 9th March and will include 1 x Tommee Tippee selected product only.
3. This discount code can only be redeemed towards tickets to The Baby Show Excel London, 7-9th March 2025, and it cannot be applied to the purchase of Goody Bags, additional ticket packages or group bookings.
4. The early-bird discount is 20% off the full price of the Tommee Tippee packages. The list of products and full prices can be found on The Baby Show Excel London website.
5. This code can only be redeemed in multiples of two.
6. This code must be redeemed by 23:59 of Sunday 5th January 2025.
7. Packages purchased from Monday 6th January 2025 will default to the January Sale Offer, 15% off the full price packages, until Sunday 2nd February at 23:59. Packages purchased from Monday 3rd February 2025 will default to the Last Chance to Save Offer, 10% off the full price packages, until Thursday 6th March at 23:59. Any packages purchased that have not used this code will be charged the full price.
8. Your Tommee Tippee product will be available to collect at the chosen show on the day of your purchased tickets. Refunds cannot be provided for products not collected at the show.
9. A £2.50 transaction fee will be applied to all ticket orders and not per ticket.
10. To purchase the package, visitors simply select the day they wish to attend and then choose the package they wish to purchase.
11. To redeem the offer, you can enter the code in the box that says ‘Enter Code Here’ on the See Tickets booking page.
12. Once the form has been fully completed, you will receive an email from SEE Tickets confirming receipt of your booking.
13. Your e-ticket/s will be emailed to you closer to the show. When you receive your e- ticket/s please ensure you can display your tickets on your phone as you will not gain access to the venue without them. For easy access, we advise that you either save your e-ticket to your phone’s passport (iPhone) or screen grab the e-ticket and save it into your phone’s photo gallery. We recommend fully charging your phone prior to the show.
14. Nobody will be allowed admission to this event without a valid ticket or pass.
15. Defaced or altered tickets or passes will become void and the holder will be refused admission.
16. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold for commercial gain.
17. The Organiser reserves the right to alter or vary the content or timing of the whole or any part of the event in circumstances beyond its reasonable control without any obligation to make any refunds or exchange tickets.
18. The Organiser does not accept any responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property brought to this event.
19. Visitors may be photographed, filmed or recorded for marketing, broadcast, or security purposes during the Show. By attending the Show, visitors authorise such photography and recording and permit the Organisers to use their images, likeness and voice for archival and promotional purposes in any and all media, without liability, compensation, or credit.
20. Dogs are not permitted on the premises with the exception of guide, assistance, and hearing dogs.
21. Please check event details, timings, and car park charges prior to traveling as these may be subject to change. The Organisers are not responsible for any delays due to travel disruptions.
22. Any complaints relating to the event should be made to the organizer promptly.
23. By attending The Baby Show (the Show), you do so entirely at your own risk. the Organiser shall not be liable for any injury, damage or loss to you, other than in respect of any injury or loss arising directly as a result of our own negligence. You agree to take full responsibility for your own safety, property, health, and well-being during and after the event and, if unsure of your own ability or condition to attend, to take appropriate third-party advice.
24. The Organiser endeavors to provide an inclusive and informative environment for all participants in the Show where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Visitors shall conduct themselves in an appropriate, professional and business-like manner during the Show. Offensive, abusive or discriminatory language and/or behaviour is not permitted.
25. You acknowledge that the Organiser reserves the right to exclude or remove visitors from the Show if, in its sole but reasonable discretion, the Organiser determines that your behaviour in any way breaches these terms and conditions or is undesirable, disruptive or hinders the enjoyment of the Conference by sponsors, delegates and/or any other attendees / participants. The Organiser’s decision is final, and the Organiser accepts no responsibility or liability for any costs, claims, damages or expenses incurred by you in connection with such exclusion or removal
26. The Organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. However, you will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time you submit your registration.
27. The illegality, invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not affect the legality, validity or enforceability of any other provision and in the event that any particular provision is deemed to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then these terms and conditions shall be construed as if such provision was removed and the remainder of these terms and conditions shall be read and construed as if such offending provision had never formed part of these terms and conditions.
28. These terms and conditions, together with the registration form, constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter, and no correspondence or representation written or verbal entered into or which took place before the date of booking.
29. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to create a partnership, joint venture or legal relationship of any kind between the parties.
30. These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of England. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
31. Visitors’ data will be used in conjunction with The Baby Show’s Privacy Policy.
32. Whilst attending The Baby Show you will comply with all applicable laws and all reasonable instructions given by and/or the venue owner, including in relation to any security arrangements.
Goody Bags and Promotional Products
If your ticket comes with a goody bag (“Goody Bag”) or a third-party promotional product (including but not limited to Tommee Tippee products) (“Promotional Product”), please note the following additional terms that will apply to you:
33. There are 4,000 Baby Show Goody Bags available to be sold as an add-on and/or as part of the Goody Bag Package.
34. The contents of the Goody Bag or Promotional Product you select are provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind, either express of implied. The Organiser makes no guarantees regarding the suitability, safety, or quality of the products included.
35. Recipients are responsible for ensuring that the items are used in accordance with their intended purpose and any accompanying instructions. Organiser is not liable for misuse or unintended use of the products. Recipients are advised to review product labels and inspect all items before use to assess suitability for their personal use and use items at their own discretion.
36. Organiser will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of the Goody Bag contents or the Promotional Product you have selected, except as required by law.
37. The Goody Bag and/or the Promotional Product you have selected include items from third parties; Organiser is not the producer or manufacturer of this items. Organiser is not responsible for the quality, safety, or suitability of third-party products.
38. Certain items in the Goody Bag or the Promotional Product you have selected may not be suitable for children and babies under certain ages due to small parts that may pose a choking hazard. Adults should review the product description on each product and instructions to ascertain if the products are age suitable. Adult supervision is advised for all items intended for use by children and babies.
39. Goody Bags and Promotional Products are provided as part of the Event for promotional purposes only. Organiser does not assumer responsibility for any issues arising from the use of the Good Bag contents or any Promotional Products selected.
40. In the event of a defect or safety concern with a Promotional Product, recipients are encouraged to contact the third-party manufacturer directly.
