Olympia London is an exhibition centre, event space and conference centre in West Kensington, in the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham, London; with excellent access via public transport via train, tube & bus. Driving is possible with available parking.

7-9 March 2025
The first show of the year is at ExCeL London in early spring 7-9 March 2025.
ExCeL London is an exhibition centre in the Royal Docks area of Newham, East London; with excellent access via public transport via DLR & bus. Driving is possible with plenty of available parking.

General Questions
Q. When is The Baby Show Manchester 2025?
A. The Baby Show with Lidl GB at Manchester Central will take place from 6-8 June 2025.
Q. Are there any other The Baby Shows in other locations?
A. Yes, The Baby Show takes place 4 times a year. The next events are 25-27 October at Olympia London, 7-9 March 2025 at ExCeL London and 09-11 May 2025 at NEC Birmingham.
Q. What are the opening times of The Baby Show Manchester 2025?
A. Opening times are as follows:
- Friday 7th June 10:00 am - 4:00 pm*
- Saturday 8th June 10:00 am - 4:30 pm*
- Sunday 9th June 10:00 am - 4:30 pm*

Q. Can children attend the event?
A. Yes, we welcome all the family to the event. Children 0-14 years can attend the show for free. They will still require a ticket for entry. If you have forgotten to book a child's ticket, these can be obtained upon arrival.

Q. Are tickets on sale?
A. Tickets are not on sale. However, if you sign up to The Baby Show e-updates, you will receive the best offer.

Q. Can I buy tickets on-the-door?
A. Our online box office will be available to purchase your ticket on the morning you decide to come.
Q. Can I buy tickets over the phone?
A. It is no longer possible to purchase tickets over the phone, these will need to be purchased online.
Q. I’m having trouble booking tickets or I need to change my ticket to a different day. Who should I contact?
A. For any questions regarding your ticket purchase, either during booking or afterwards please contact our ticketing agent. They can be contacted using their Customer Service Portal.

Q. I have brought an E-ticket. Do I need to bring a printout or show it on my smartphone?
A. We encourage you to show your ticket on your smartphone. Please only bring a printout of our e-ticket if you do not have a smartphone.
Q. Can I get a free ticket for my carer?
A. Yes!
If the person you are attending with has a disability that restricts their ability to attend on their own and to the extent where extra support is required. You can buy your tickets as normal through our ticket portal, and proof of disability must be provided in order to receive a free carer ticket. A carer ticket must be accompanied by a paying visitor.
Q. Can I exchange or refund my tickets?
A. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold for commercial gain. Please contact our ticketing agent for more information. They can be contacted using their Customer Service Portal.

Accessibility Questions
Q. Is there easy access for my stroller?
A. Yes, there is a lift at the main entrance, or alternatively step-free access around the corner.
Q. Where are the wheelchair-accessible toilets located?
A. We have accessible toilets in each of the main event spaces across the venue. These facilities include emergency pull cords.
To access the toilets, you will need a Radar Key, which can be collected from the concierge desks.
Q. How can I get assistance during my visit?
A. If you have any queries or need assistance during your visit, please contact any member of the Manchester Central staff who will be happy to help.
Q. Does the Live Talks Stage have a hearing loop facility?
A. Yes, there is a hearing loop facility.
Q. Will there be a BSL interpreter on the Live Talks Stage?
A. To be confirmed.
Q. What parking facilities are available for Blue Badge holders?
A. There are a limited number of disabled parking bays available in the venue NCP car park for blue badge holders. These are allocated on a first come first serve basis, however it is best to pre-book a space online in advance.
Q. Can I rent a wheelchair at the venue?
A: Manchester Central has some self-propelled wheelchairs available for use within the venue.

Q. Which is the nearest train station?
A. Manchester Central is a 20-minute walk from Piccadilly Station or just five minutes by taxi. Alternatively, catch a connecting train to Oxford Road Station - just five minutes from Manchester Central on foot.
Q. How much is parking?
A. There is an NCP (National Car Park) directly below Manchester Central that is open 24 hours a day all year round. See the NCP website for parking options and costs:
NCP MANCHESTER CENTRAL PARKING
We have a discount code for visitor parking during the event. This will allow discounted parking of 25% off the roll-up tariff. The code will need to be inputted into the Payment machine inside the car park when exiting. The price will be lowered by 25% and payment is by card only.
