1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw.
2. Upon a third party booking tickets to the Baby Show Olympia London 2024 through the ‘Book Tickets’ referral link in the promotional email sent to you, you will be automatically entered into the prize draw.
2.1 To enter the prize draw, forward the promotional email containing the ‘Book Tickets’ referral link to your friends or other persons and each booking to attend the Baby Show Olympia London 2024 made through such referral link ("Referral Purchase") shall entitle you to one entry into the prize draw. The greater the number of Referral Purchases using the link in your referral email, the more chances you have to win but there is a limit of one entry to the prize draw per referred third party purchaser, ie if one person uses your referral link multiple times, this will count as a single Referral Purchase entitling you to one entry into the prize draw.
3. The opening date for entries is 21 October 2024. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59:59 on 24 October 2024. Referral Purchases made after this time will not be eligible purchases for this prize draw.
4. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
5. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process or supervised by an independent person on or around 25 October 2024 ("Draw Date").
6. The winner will receive a Fortnum & Mason Hamper worth at least £100.
7. The winner will be notified by email (using the email address containing the winning referral link) within 48 hours of the Draw Date and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 5 working days of being
notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
8. The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 14 days of being notified of their win and the winner confirming the details necessary to supply the prize.
9. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
11. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
11.1 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter may publish the surname and county of the winner. If you object to either or both of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at the email address used to notify you that you have won the prize draw. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
12. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
14. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize
except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
15. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's Privacy Policy. See also condition 13 with regard to the announcement of winners.
16. These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
