He met his wife Camilla Thurlow during a stint in Love Island, and they have been happily together ever since and now have three beautiful kids together Nell, Nora and Brodie. Jamie and Nell have a really special relationship and love cooking and going on adventure day dates together. Special little Nora has just been diagnosed with Autism. Brodie is the baby and only boy and is a little mini me of Jamie. While Jamie and Camilla always attempt to maintain a degree of privacy, the couple also believe it is important to share the realities of family life. 

Jamie created, produced and hosted the award winning podcast “Its Not All Dad” at the time he felt there was little in the media to specifically support new fathers. Jamie partnered with two mates, who were at different stages of raising children. Together they support each other, and the listeners, as they navigate the world of parenthood, providing honest confessions, advice, special guests, challenges and more from 3 lads who have been promoted to dads

Jamie also co-hosted the podcast “Fighting on the Inside” with Johnny Nelson MBE This podcast is non-profit in aid of the charity Gloves Up Knives Down, an anti-knife crime charity hosted within the boxing world, aiming to raise awareness of the benefits of people getting off the streets and into organised controlled combat sports.

Jamie is also an entrepreneur and created his business OPTIMAN alongside co-hosting the Optiman Podcast. Optiman is being built to be the worlds leading male optimisation platform with a focus on those reaching middle age or crossing into the later years of their life.
